Frequently asked questions
Can I export my data to Excel?
Yes. Parties, items, sales, purchases and payments can all be exported to Excel (.xlsx) or CSV. These are open, common formats that work in Excel, Google Sheets and other software. There is no proprietary format, so you can move elsewhere any time.
Is it really free forever?
Yes. Item and party masters, all vouchers (sales, purchases, payments, expenses), party ledger and bank are free forever for one user on one device.
What is not included in the free plan?
GST reports, which are on a plan at ₹110 a month + GST (or 10% less yearly, ₹1,188 a year + GST). Plans for multiple devices, users and firms are coming soon.
Where is my data kept?
On your computer, on the drive you picked during install.
When do I need internet?
For your first login with email. After that, everyday work runs without internet too.
Is it available on Android?
The Android app is coming soon. It is available on Windows now.
